Security spotted Grand Casino dealer Tony Vinson Norwood paying patrons for winning hands on lost wagers, not collecting money on lost wagers, and other violations. He’s charged with embezzlement and faces 10 years in prison. We still can’t get over the fact that they have casinos in Mississippi or the fact that we can actually spell Mississippi so easily.
