BetonSports shares dropped like the next Story of the Year album flop after the arrest of its CEO, David Carruthers.
BetonSports shares ended down 25 percent in London sharing after BetonSports CEO, David Carruthers, was detained like the dog that he is while changing planes in the United States.
Poor guy was traveling to Costa Rica when the boys in blue arrested him at Dallas airport. Yup, Dallas. After the infamous Dallas screw job by those Miami Heat retards, it seems Dallas STILL has its fair share of controversies in the big state of Texas.
BetonSports is based in Costa Rica and BetonSports CEO, David Carruthers, was heading there with his wife Carol when he was arrested late last night.
BetonSports is waiting to hear why its 48-year-old top executive is being held, and so are all of its online betting rivals.
Maybe those guys are asking if the big boss of their fiercest rival will be locked up for a damn long time, if not for good.
”They’ve all been on the phone asking about this,” spokeswoman Ginny Pulbrook said.
Mr. Carruthers has attacked a proposed US law banning banks and credit card companies from processing Internet gambling payments.
Despite the bill winning the backing of the House of Representatives last week, he said the move would fail due to a backlog of US legislation.
Ms. Pulbrook said the arrest had come as a complete surprise and that BetonSports had received no indications of any legal problems.

Funny how stock holders of this public online gambling company reacted to the BOS related indictments, they all knew that a certain “G” was the top guy – it’s in the prospectus! Even funnier is how stock holders of other online gambling companies reacted. This is BOS specific, in fact could turn out to be “G” specific but maybe not as even the media outlets are indicted, too. Anyway, if I had loose cash I’d surely chomp up lots of those gambling stocks right now – PartyPoker, SportingBet, LNG and a host of others are all available at a bargain until this issue is resolved.

This is all about the Kaplan Gang – that the Feds have been after for 10+ years – for income tax evasion, mail fraud, and operating half of BoS out of S Florida. Carruthers is just a side show.

I’m sure this can be off subject, but I to see what you all take into consideration it. The gangs in Mexico are finding crazy. Did you see the news concerning the police who found a woman’s decapitated body inside a Mexican border city on Saturday, alongside a handwritten sign stating she was killed in retaliation for her postings on a social networking web-site. So insane! What do you all take into consideration it?
