The Dallas Mavericks are on the verge of becoming the NBA champions.

Yup, the Mavericks just might end the travesty left by San Antonio when Manu Ginobili bastardized the sport by becoming an NBA Champion last year.

Oh yes, I am still a little bitter when Manu beat the Pistons in Game 7.

If it wasn’t for this German sensation, Dirk Nowitzki, the Mavericks won’t be in a position they are in right now. Dirk has been Dallas’ Mr. Clutch, and Games 3 and 4 certainly saw that when he drained two clutch free-throws to put the Mavericks within reach of the NBA title.

Believe it or not, Dirk Nowitzki hums to some song sang by David Hasselhoff. ‘’Looking For Freedom,'’ was the song, and apparently, it was a huge hit when he was a kid in Germany.
