King James? More like Burger King to me…

So who’ll be J.J. Jack’s latest victim?

Yes, I’ve been bastardizing anything that pisses me off lately and all of them were rid of their dignity right here on OddJack.

So who will it be this time?

Homosexuals? Nah… Too icky… Oprah? Nah… Too racist… (At least that’s what others say…) Rock bands? Nah… Too stupid… What about third world rock bands? Now THAT’s a complete waste of time…

So here we are, in search for J.J. Jack’s latest victim. Well, upon reading today’s headline, you just know who will it be this time. Yup, that headband-wearing, nail-biting, clutch-choking Cavalier named LeBron James is next in line to go down.

As the NBA season comes to a close, we see LeBron James at the very top of the player’s rankings in this season’s fantasy leagues. Why LeBron James?!?

My sentiments exactly.

Yup, that’s the same guy who continues to shy away from pressure-packed situations. And yes, he is also the same guy who always shouts, ”King James” after every goddamn dunk in his games back in high school. Sadly, we all got too much of LeBron already back then.

This season LeBron James has done it all. Like lead the Cavs to their first playoff berth since 1998. Or take All-Star MVP honors in Houston. Now he can add another accomplishment to his resume. The NBA wraps up the season with James ranked No. 1.NBA

Well, I don’t know what these guys are smoking but LeBron James… Quite simply… Is overrated. (Ooh… I said it. I can almost feel the hate comments coming now…)

The only reason LeBron James is filling the stat sheet in games like crazy this year is the verifiable fact that his team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, don’t have anyone who can do anything right. Larry Hughes? Hellooo… He’s been injured MOST of the season this year.

Anyway, I guess that won’t stop the self-proclaimed ”King James” from being ranked no.1 eh? Well, fantasy leagues focuses ENTIRELY on statistics and there’s where LeBron excels.

This just proves the fact that all LeBron cares about is NOT to win games but rather how to get his. Just like the way he never gave up the ball in this year’s All-Star game, or how he passed to an ice-cold Pavlovic with less than three seconds remaining.

I wouldn’t go to say he is overated but maybe on the lighter side ‘given the benefit of the doubt’ He is an excellant player, but not clutch and can’t seal a game at the line if his family’s lives were at stake.

  • The Legend Killer Says:

Yeah, maybe you’re right Ty, but Triple H can still crack that headband-covered skull with a sledgehammer though…

  • Syndc8 Says:

LeBron James is indeed an awesome player, no question. But the way the media’s been kissing his ass lately, I’ve got to say that he is indeed overrated.

Look at Kobe for example, the guy just dropped 81 points this season and yet, it’s still LeBron James who gets all the SportsCenter highlight reels.

If that doesn’t make him a little overrated, I don’t know what will. And I’m not even a Kobe fan…

  • Chidler Says:

    Yo,

Lebron is the best Basketball Player in the NBA.

No-one else could play position 1 to 5, he can play point, he CAN dribble, he can pass, he can shoot, he can rebound, he is good in the post, in the lane, driving, pulling up, defensively sound, he can run the floor, he fast breaks, he dunks, he lays up and also smiles for the camera! he is the no1 on the stats because he is the No1 player, he rarely takes more than 25 shots a game yet still averages 30ppg 6.6, 6.6. You all stupid and jealous to claim kobe (needing 40+ shots) to make that 81 points. Its even more impressive that he lead the cavs to the finals on his own with no help.

Get a brain you morons, King James is a king and he is the best player in the NBA.

The only time I have seen him struggle is against the Spurs in crunch time against 6-7 experienced veterans and Tony Parker. He is the best player but he isnt 5 men at once.

So stop the sniping and get a clue, he isnt Jordan but he is the best player USA have. BAR NONE.

your all about 12 and have no clue

Jeez… This moron named Chidler writes like a 12-year-old.
