NFL Football vs. NCAA College Football Round Two
Here we go again, it’s NFL Football facing off with NCAA College Football for another round.
Last time, I asked you guys which brand of football would you rather watch. And with NFL Football having the almighty Super Bowl, I guess NFL Football won that round.
This time, I’m going to ask you guys which brand of football do you think has the better atmosphere on the 100-yard football field.
Football weekends are what
make this time of the year a fuckin’ great time to be a fan of good ol’ fashioned sports. Yup, it’s the perfect time to gather the crew inside your basement with a big screen TV and of course, a whole lot of beer.
Well, for all ya’ll who can’t afford those monster flat screeners, there’s always barbecue anyway.
But the question is, would you rather watch professional NFL Football teams on a God-given Sunday or would you rather gather all your college friends for a round of beer while rooting for the university that made you’re life a living hell?More than college and pro basketball fans or American League and National League baseball fans, the schism between NCAA College Football and NFL Football fans defines a sport.
You can watch both, but at heart, you’re either singing the alma mater and following recruiting news or managing your fantasy roster and checking out news from training camp.
With that said, I guess singing the alma mater just feels better than rooting for a football team assembled by this degenerate business tycoons. And in NCAA College Football, you don’t have to be a sports fan to root for your OWN school. After all, you ARE rooting for ‘’one of your own’’ anyway.
Unlike professional teams that may get relocated to another city anyway.
Oh yeah, speaking of NCAA College Football, WagerTalk is having this NCAA College Football handicapping contest where you can bet on your favorite NCAA College Football teams, and your OWN alma mater of course.
Ya’ think the Texas Longhorns will repeat as NCAA College Football champions this season? Then by god, bet on ‘em. And what better to cash in those… um… CASH than joining WagerTalk’s NCAA College Football handicapping contest and win.
Easy.
