Paris Hilton Was Drunk Driving According to Not-So-Nice LAPD!

Turns out the LA police who took Paris Hilton to the station to avoid the press weren’t so nice at all.

Previously insisted that she was speeding to a nearby In-and-Out and that the taste of alcohol "grosses he out", her toxicology test came out proclaiming otherwise.

Hilton was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence and scheduled to be arraigned Sept. 28 in Superior Court on charges of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent last September 7.

Paris Hilton charged with DUI Her spokesperson, Elliot Mintz, assured the heiress’ public that this is her only DUI arrest and that she has never been brought to the precincts before this incident.

Yeah, he also faced the media that fateful day telling us all that Paris was not arrested and it was a misunderstanding. So should we believe a word that is coming out of his mouth now?

As part of the special treatments given to celebrities Paris is not required to attend her court date because she’s busy promoting her album at the month-long Octoberfest where she’s not drinking beer.

So what will happen to Paris?

If convicted, she could be sentenced to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine. The minimum penalty for a first-time offender is a fine, probation and alcohol-rehabilitation program.

Considering the lesson we learned from that Mel Gibson episode, Paris may simply take her parties indoor at her plush mansion then tell everyone a couple of weeks later that she’s gone through a home-based rehabilitation program. Or she can do community service giving $100 to every bum that comes an inch of her Range Rover.

Whatever happens we all know that Paris will only come out of this unscratched and we will definitely see more and more of her until we choke.

Where is justice in the world?
