Tom Brady is not Feeling so Yahoo
”Keep me out of your fantasy.”
Yep, apparently, New England Patriots franchise quarterback Tom Brady, doesn’t want ANYTHING to do with Yahoo! and after this incident, he may never will.
The New England Patriots superstar is suing Yahoo! for using his image in an NFL fantasy football promotion. Yep, we all know Fantasy Football of course and I had no idea Yahoo! was using Tom Brady’s image for free.
Of course, knowing Yahoo! as the marketing giant that they are.
According to the former Super Bowl MVP Tom Brady, Yahoo! was using his image improperly and intentionally without the online
company seeking his authorization to endorse its fantasy football game.
The unauthorized image was used in a September Sports Illustrated ad and in banner ads on the Yahoo! Web site.
The 29-year-old New England Patriots quarterback claims that the use of his photo suggests his endorsement and seeks punitive and compensatory damage against the online company.
”Yahoo! does not comment on pending litigation,” a Yahoo! spokesperson said.
Tom Brady became one of the best quarterbacks in NFL Football since being upgraded from a Drew Bledose backup to a starter. He has stayed consistent after replacing Bledsoe back when both were together in the New England Patriots offense.
Unlike Romo who has the controversial wideout, Terrell Owens, Brady doesn’t have a big name receiver for him to throw the football to. The New England Patriots offense seemed lost after they let wideout Deion Branch go to the Seattle Seahawks.
After a few weeks of NFL Football, it seems Brady didn’t mind the change at all, patrolling the Patriots offense to a 9-3 mark to lead the AFC East.

NO, TOM BRADY doesn’t feel so YAHOO after the 21-0 trashing and shutout by the lowly Miami Dolphins. Say goodbye to a 4th straight AFC East title, too. Wow, that guy JAYSON TAYLOR is a real go getter huh. It will not be all that bleak in Miami when Super Bowl XLI buzz starts taking over the city.
