Two Opposites Collide in NFL Football Sunday
The Denver Broncos started hot this NFL Football season at 4-1. The Cleveland Browns started limping at 1-4.
Yup, such was the story for these two NFL Football teams. On Sunday, somewhere in Ohio, in some place I don’t give a flying you – know – what, these two teams will meet for NFL Football Sunday as Week 7 explodes on the football field.
This red hot Denver Broncos team enter NFL Week 7 tied with the San Diego Chargers for the top spot in the AFC West. The Cleveland Browns? Whaddaya expect? They are dead last in their AFC North standings and I don’t see a single reason for that to change soon.
Yep, the Denver Broncos will probably find it easy dismantling the lowly Cleveland Browns quickly. However, the Broncos, being the good NFL Football team that they are, ain’t letting their guard down just yet.
The Broncos probably know that this game on Sunday could be a ‘’trap game,’’ if you will. You see, they just came up two huge back – to – back wins over the once undefeated Baltimore Ravens and rival Oakland Raiders. If these guys let the lowly Cleveland Browns slip, that could might as well be a turning point in the Denver Broncos season.
Losing to the Browns this Sunday with a mighty Indianapolis Colts team coming next, looking forward to take advantage of the now slipping Broncos, is definitely something Denver head coach Mike Shanahan can’t let happen.
Mike Shanahan knows that the Denver Broncos must maintain their focus and they can’t let a 1-4 NFL Football team ruin that.
And yep, I wouldn’t bet on a Broncos collapse either.
The Denver Broncos offense, after struggling against the Ravens and the Raiders, has no reason to be overconfident and therefore will be determined to get going. Also, Broncos coaches and players have been communicating heavy doses of compliments at the Browns. It seems like the Broncos’ most impressive road wins have come following weeks of gushing flattery. That’s NOT always a good thing in today’s NFL Football.
