Saints take on Titans on NFL Monday Night Football
Monday, September 24th, 2007
It’s Monday night and two kids will go at it as if both of them are going for a single bike on Christmas morning.
Monday Night Football will feature two of the most talented stars of the future, Vince Young and Reggie Bush. Both the Tennessee Titans and the New Orleans Saints continue to ride the shoulders of Young and Bush respectively in the 2007-08 NFL football season, unfortunately for the Saints, it seems Bush is still on vacation.
Yep, the New Orleans Saints are 0-2 primarily because Reggie Bush is struggling.
After two weeks of football, Reggie Bush has only rushed for a total
of 65 yards without any touchdowns whatsoever. The result? Saints get pummeled for two straight weeks by more than two touchdowns.
And as bad as Reggie Bush has struggled, Tennessee Titans quarterback Vince Young still remain decent.
The explosive Vince Young led the Tennessee Titans to a 13-10 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars to start the season and almost beat Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts last Sunday.
The Tennessee Titans will visit the New Orleans Saints at…

Ronaldinho would rather party than play for Barcelona
Monday, September 24th, 2007
Yep, it seems Ronaldinho would rather score with whores than score with goals. (Whatever that means…)
With the 2007-08 Spanish Premiere League season here, Barcelona FC starts their campaign to get back on top of the Spanish Primera and dethrone the reigning champions, Real Madrid.
Yep, it should be a rather tough task indeed for Barca. Sure, they do have Thierry Henry to light up the scoreboard this season but with their ‘’other'’ superstar getting his ass drunk in a bar instead of sweating that same ass (I hope that doesn’t come out too gay…) on the pitch, Barcelona FC won’t be accomplishing shit this year.
Last Sunday, the Spanish media got on Ronaldinho good for missing his team’s win over Sevilla the day before. ‘’Attention Ronnie'’ was the headline in the La Vanguardia, as the catalan newspaper recalled the fates of the late George Best and Paul Gascoigne who, like Ronaldinho here, would just rather get some booze instead of playing football.
Ronaldinho is just not the same this year, looking like a shell of his former form since the brand new season started. Oh yeah, there’s…

Brett Favre, tied with Dan Marino in Career Touchdowns
Monday, September 24th, 2007
And you just know Brett Favre will STILL have a lot of these for sure.
Green Bay Packers quarterback, Brett Favre, continues his quest for more milestones in the 2007-08 NFL football season as he will probably become the new all-time leader in career touchdowns when his Packers visit Minnesota to take on the Vikings on Sunday.
For now, Brett Favre will relish the fact that he is now tied with Dan Marino in career touchdowns with 420. Oh yeah, his Green Bay Packers are still perfect too, now sitting at an astonishing 3-0.
None of you probably expected the Green Bay Packers to start the season with a blistering pace like this. Of course, none of you probably expected the San Diego Chargers to go 1-2 either.
In a sunny Sunday afternoon at Lambeau Field, that’s EXACTLY what happened. Brett Favre gets yet another milestons, leads the Green Bay Packers to a perfect 3-0 and handed the San Diego Chargers their second loss of a three-game old 2007-08 NFL football season.
Did the ultimate Packer expected this to…

Barry Bonds didn’t like how hard the Giants kicked him out of San Francisco this 2007 MLB Season
Monday, September 24th, 2007
In case you didn’t know it yet, YEAH, the steroid-powered arms of Mr. Home Run king is out of San Francisco in 2008.
With Barry Bonds hobbling with a sprained big toe in this 2007-08 MLB baseball season, the San Francisco Giants already gave Bonds the boot even before he had the chance to finish his baseball year.
Yep, Barry Bonds is out of San Francisco. Apparently, the San Francisco Giants are going for a much younger team next season and unfortunately for Bonds, he’s the oldest in his team. But what will you do if the oldest guy you have is probably the best player
in your rotation?
Get him out anyway.
As expected, for a guy who had no plans to leave San Francisco, Barry Bonds didn’t like him getting his ass kicked out of the door from San Francisco. It’s here where he became the all-time home run leader in MLB baseball. Jeez… Where will he get them steroid shots now?
‘’I think a classier move would have been to give Barry a little more notice so he could have had the appropriate amount of time to say goodbye to his fans and have some closure,'’ Jeff Borris, Barry Bonds’ agent, said. ‘’It is what it is.'’
‘’I keep hearing that the Giants’ goal is to…'’

2007-08 NFL Football Week 3 Betting Picks
Sunday, September 23rd, 2007
It’s Week 3 and one of the games I’ll be watching this week is that game between the Patriots and the Bills.
The New England Patriots have a golden opportunity to finish the 2007-08 NFL football season PERFECT. Yeah, I know, it’s still a little early to say that, specially about the Patriots who I heavily rooted against during last year’s AFC championship game.
However, it’s a little different this season. The New England Patriots have become, somewhat, devious, after the ‘’spying camera scandal'’ and that’s what I dig about them this year.
Oh yeah, they have my boy in uniform too, someone that goes by the name, Randy Moss.
They will be facing the Buffalo Bills this week, a team that’s yet to win a single game this season. After getting that close to a win to start the season against Denver, they got their asses pummeled by Pittsburgh, 26-3 last Sunday.
And they have to travel to Foxboro to face a red-hot New England Patriots team?!? Jeez… I don’t like their chances. Pick the Patriots to win -16.5 baby.
Sunday Night Football this week will feature a battle between two powerhouse teams from the NFC, the Dallas Cowboys and the Chicago Bears. Tony Romo, Terrell Owens and the rest of them Cowboys visit Soldier Field to…

Hamilton - Alonso Feud Heats Up 2007 F1 Season More
Sunday, September 23rd, 2007
Somebody tell these guys that McLaren - Mercedes already have their hands full on the Stepneygate crisis that the least they can do is shut up.
He he… Yep, as the 2007 F1 season concludes with the last three races of the season, the race to the finish just went from interesting to enticing after the latest stunt that happened between the two McLaren drivers in Belgium.
In case you didn’t know it yet, Kimi Raikkonen won the 2007 Belgian Grand Prix at the Spa-Francorchamps to lead a Ferrari one-two finish in the first of the final four races of the season.
Ferrari’s win guaranteed them of the 2007 constructors’ title following the forfeiture of McLaren - Mercedes and their constructors’ championship points after they were found guilty of stealing Ferrari documents and using them to their advantage this year.
That is ONE OF McLaren’s problems this season unfortunately.
At the 2007 Belgian Grand Prix, we saw a classic example of how heated this rivalry really is between the two McLaren - Mercedes drivers, Lewis Hamilton and two-time F1 world champion, Fernando Alonso.
In case you missed the race…

Houston Texans host Indianapolis Colts in Week 3
Sunday, September 23rd, 2007
Week 3, and surprisingly, the Houston Texas are STILL perfect.
Yep, amidst all the key match-ups in Week 3 of the 2007-08 NFL football season, the game between probably the most surprising team in the NFL, that being the Houston Texans, and the defending Super Bowl XLI champions, Indianapolis Colts, could very well be the most intriguing.
You see, both the Houston Texans and the Indianapolis Colts are currently the co-leaders of the AFC South. Yeah sure, Colts leading the division is no surprise, but what’s shocking is the fact that the Houston Texans, all of a sudden, became the Colts’ biggest adversaries if you will, in the division.
The Houston Texans virtually
ran through their rivals after two weeks of football. They beat the Kansas City Chiefs and the Carolina Panthers by an average of two touchdowns.
Yes, they have all the momentum heading to their epic encounter with the defending Super Bowl champs.
However, with the Indianapolis Colts heading for Texas to face these Texans, perhaps the biggest key in this game is the absence of Houston’s premiere wideout, Andre Johnson. Johnson already had a trio of touchdowns for the Texans after…

Barry Bonds, mad at Marc Ecko, the man who played with his balls this 2007 MLB Baseball Season
Sunday, September 23rd, 2007
Before anything else, I just wanted you to know that we’re talking about Bonds’ 756th home run ball here.
Now that THAT is out of the way, yes, Barry Bonds is furious at the guy who has his No.756 home run baseball. And in case you didn’t know it yet, Barry Bonds is now the all-time home run leader after overtaking Hank Aaron’s homers this 2007 MLB baseball season.
Bonds’ No.756 ball is the ball that broke Aaron’s record. It is safe to say that the baseball could be worth a fortune. Fashion designer Marc Ecko, of all people, have the very baseball in his possession after buying it for $752,467 in an online auction.
So what’s Marc Ecko planning to do with it after buying a piece of baseball history online? You’ll never guess what this guy aims to do with it.
Marc Ecko has set up a website that lets its visitors vote on what he should do with the 756th home run ball of the ever controversial Barry Bonds. Option A: give it to the National Baseball Hall of Fame, Option B: brand it with an asterisk before sending it to Cooperstown and Option C: blast it into space on a rocket ship.
Of course, the San Francisco Giants star is pissed. As of…

2007 NCAA College Football Week 4 Betting Picks
Saturday, September 22nd, 2007
Week 4 of the college football season will have huge games on Saturday. Of course, the favorites to win the BCS title will be on display too.
Let’s start with the defending champions, Florida Gators. The Gators take on the Mississippi Rebels for a Week 4 face-off in the 2007 NCAA college football season. The Gators are still perfect and I don’t see any reason why they won’t remain perfect after Saturday.
The 3-0 Florida Gators have a high-powered offense engineered by head coach Urban Meyer. His offense is one of the best in the nation and having a defense which is as good makes them on helluva’ football team.
The Gator offense, last Saturday, simply crushed Tennessee when they racked up a season-high 554 yards en route to a 59-20 win. That’s the school’s highest point total in a conference game since they destroyed Kentucky, 59-31, seven years ago.
The Florida Gators are riding high with momentum and the Mississippi Rebels won’t have a chance come game time. Pick the Gators to win -13.5.
Next up are the LSU Tigers, the No.2 ranked team in the nation. They take on the…

Fernando Alonso continues to alienate himself from McLaren - Mercedes this 2007 F1 Season
Saturday, September 22nd, 2007
Before anything else, I must state that Fernando Alonso is an asshole.
Now that THAT is out of the way, the 2007 F1 season is only three legs from calling it a season and as we head down to the final three races of the year, Fernando Alonso walking away from McLaren by season’s end is slowly becoming more of a possibility.
First, we found out that Fernando Alonso hesitated to represent McLaren in the recently concluded FIA hearing for the infamous ‘’Stepneygate scandal.'’ The big names of McLaren was there, even rookie driver Lewis Hamilton. When the media found out Alonso wasn’t coming, it just added controversy from what is already a very controversial time for the McLaren team.
McLaren - Mercedes big
boss Ron Dennis revealed that Fernando Alonso wasn’t there simply because the two-time F1 world champion turned down the team’s invite, claiming he had a ‘’previous arrangement.'’
‘’Alonso is not here because he does not want to be here,'’ Dennis told those present at the hearing when asked why Alonso wasn’t present.
‘’He does not speak to anyone much. He is a remarkable recluse for a driver. He is not here by choice. Moreover, he said he had other things to do by previous arrangement. I cannot force him to come. We asked him…'’
