Jose Mourinho is now JOBLESS, out of Chelsea FC this 2007-08 English Premiere League Season

Yep, it’s either they finally got rid of this guy or he finally quit. Either way, he’s gone, leaving the rest of us in peace.

As irritating as this guy has been the past few years, I must admit that I’ve grown fond of this guy. You know, watching him make all those tantrums from the sidelines while he watches the Blues get pounded time and time again on the pitch this 2007-08 English Premiere League season sure was funny.

Unfortunately, we won’t see Jose Mourinho again on the Chelsea FC bench this season. Mourinho and Chelsea agreed to part ways, setting up an event nobody would probably care.

Jose MourinhoYep, the guy’s out following his team’s somewhat slow start to the 2007-08 English Premiership season, not to mention failing to win the big one for the past three years. Yeah sure, Jose Mourinho was the guy who led the Blues to twice as many Premiership titles than any other manager in the history of Chelsea FC, but they probably were just looking for a reason to boot him out and this season, they probably found one.

”Chelsea Football Club and Jose Mourinho have agreed to part company today by mutual consent,” as stated in the team’s official website.

To say that Jose Mourinho was one of the most successful managers ever to run Chelsea FC could very well be accurate. The problem is, team owner Roman Abramovich can care less about all those Premiership golds, FA Cups or English League titles, the billionaire owner wants the UEFA Champions League and Mourinho was just unable to provide one.

For what it’s worth, Jose Mourinho tried but after three seasons of not winning the big one heading to the 2007-08 UEFA Champions League this season, Chelsea FC just couldn’t let the guy lead them to another pathetic Champions League stint.

Bye bye Jose, don’t let the door hit you on the ass. (Or something like that…)

Here are the odds from Bodog on who will win the 2007-08 English Premiere League title.

Manchester United +150

Chelsea FC +150

Liverpool FC +550

Arsenal FC +650
