Peyton Manning and Tom Brady DATING in the offseason
Yep, when they’re not trying to beat each other in an NFL football game, Peyton Manning and Tom Brady go dating.
NOT with their girls mind you, but with each other. Yep, Super Bowl XLI MVP Peyton Manning threw down his Mastercard to bring his rival, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, to an intimate dinner for two.
Yep, and I’m not even kidding. The Indianapolis Colts quarterback was in Boston doing his thing with Reebok when he decided to bring the somewhat irresistible (hell, even Peyton Manning himself can’t resist him…) Tom Brady to the Big Papi party at Underbar.
The big boys, we’re told, chowed down on black cod with miso, toro tartare, hamachi with elephant garlic and lots and lots of Kobe beef maki. Which isn’t so surprising since good ol’ boy Peyton doesn’t seem like a raw fish kinda guy, unlike Tom, the Cali-bred, supermodel-dating metrosexual.
Peyton Manning was asked if he is afraid of the revamped and much-improved Patriots offensive and defensive line, he said, ”I’m trying to be nice to them and I hope they remember that next season.”
For all ya’ll who doesn’t know it yet, the New England Patriots spent most of the offseason wheelin’ and dealin’ all these guys to probably beat the Colts next season.
Yep, after the New England Patriots suffered a disappointing loss in Indianapolis during last season’s AFC Conference Championship game, these guys have been very busy, busy surrounding quarterback Tom Brady with the talent Patriots head coach Bill Belichick can coach all the way to next season’s Super Bowl title.
Of course, they can’t expect the Indianapolis Colts to just bend over and allow the New England Patriots to have their way with them now right? Besides, Peyton did treat Tom Brady to an intimate dinner.
