The 2007-08 NFL Season is here. Who is your fantasy?
Although I didn’t meant that to come out so gay, the NFL season do mean it’s time to live out your fantasies. And by that, I mean Fantasy Football.
Yep, as the 2007-08 NFL football season gets ready to rev up the proverbial engines again and keep us going until February, fantasy sports should be as busy as ever with almost every single red-blooded sports fan starts talking about everything fantasy football.
And this year, it’s interesting too. For one, ya’ll know you SHOULD NOT, in any way or form, get Randy Moss. (Yes, even though he looks so enticing to pick up this year with a quarterback like Tom Brady throwing footballs at him…)
Well, I fell for that last year so this time, I’m going with my man Ocho Cinco himself, Chad Johnson.
Besides, Randy Moss did not play in the ENTIRE preseason for the New England Patriots. ZERO catches on ZERO downs. That’s typical Randy Moss. Heck, he didn’t even get to practice yet for the past few weeks leading to their season opener.
I told you, stay the heck away from Randy.
How can I forget probably last season’s major fantasy football surprise, (at least in the early parts of the football year anyway…) Marques Colston? This would be his second year in the NFL playing for the New Orleans Saints and if he can put up the same numbers to begin his NFL career last season and stay healthy to finish it THIS TIME, heck, Mr. Colston should be one heckuva’ steal again.
Besides, Marques Coltson and the rest of the New Orleans Saints would be going up against the defending Super Bowl champions Indianapolis Colts to begin the 2007-08 NFL football season, and as good as the Colts QB, Peyton Manning is, their secondary is still shaky.
Oh yeah, if you wanna’ rule this season’s fantasy football wars, go get LT, LaDainian Tomlinson. As always, LT should be able to carry the San Diego Chargers all the way to the playoffs. This guy can do anything and that play where the Chargers had him play quarterback was just crazy.
Get LT baby and you should be fine.
