Pistons to take care of the Knicks before NBA Playoffs
DA PISTONS are in the playoffs! Woo-hoo!
Last Sunday, the Pistons clinched the No.2 seed for the coming 2008 NBA playoffs by beating down the pathetic Miami Heat right in front of their remaining fans at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida.
Yep, those sick fucks, for some reason, still has fans. He he… The Miami Heat, now at 13-64, officially is the worst team of the 2007-08 NBA basketball season. The Pistons easily slapped them around the goddamn court Sunday and now, all that is left for the Heat is hope for some miracle that Earl Barron puts on a hundred more pounds next year to fill in the big void both Shaq and Zo’ left. (Good luck with that morons…)
For what it’s worth, Richard Hamilton is starting to feel sorry for Miami. And although I find it unthinkable why he feels some sort of compassion towards the Heat this season, it’s probably understandable why Rip feels that way. He was in the exact same situation when he was playing for the Washington Wizards as a rookie, when they only won 18 games.
Miami has only won 13 games so far this year.
”I totally understand,” Richard Hamilton said. ”And that was coming from winning a lot of games (at Connecticut) to losing a lot of games. It’s tough. You just hope you see the light at the end of the tunnel.”
As for the rest of the Detroit Pistons, their 91-75 win over Miami last Sunday won them the overall No.2 seed in the East and when they go up against the New York Knicks on Tuesday, the only thing they’ll be playing for are bragging rights, hoping they’ll have a bigger lead over New York on their win this Tuesday than most teams have.
Because let’s face it, EVERYBODY (except the Heat of course…) have beaten the New York Knicks this year by at least double digits.
The Detroit Pistons come into this game with a five-game winning streak. They have won 7 of their last 10 games and are looking to get in the groove in time for the 2008 NBA playoffs with just six more games left into the regular season.
As for the New York Knicks, they have lost eight of their last ten and are headed for the lottery. Surely, you can’t expect these guys to come up with a win over the Pistons on Tuesday on freaking Detroit at the Palace of Auburn Hills right?
