Who the fuck figured Ronnie Brown can kill the Patriots?

Yes, Ronnie Brown sure had one heckuva’ game last Sunday and for a moment, people from Miami didn’t look as stupid as they always do.

After three weeks into the 2008-09 NFL football season, the league, as we know it, has been turned upside down. First, the Patriots lose Tom Brady, ultimately losing their chances of another Super Bowl run, then the Ravens and the Bills (for crying out loud…) found themselves on top of their respective divisions.

And as if that wasn’t enough, the Miami Dolphins, after going winless for quite a while, dating as far back as last season, came up with a shocking win over the Patriots, by FREAKIN’ 25 points! You read it, the Fins blasted the Pats 38-13 last Sunday, jeezus… somebody wake me up quick.

Ronnie BrownWho would’ve thought Ronnie Brown will have the game of his career against then undefeated Patriots, who were going for yet another record with what was suppose to be an easy win over the Dolphins.

If the New England Patriots won in Miami, that would’ve stretched their regular season winning streak to 22, which would be the best in NFL history. Unfortunately for those guys, Brown took it upon himself not to look as bad as the city he plays for, coming up with not one, not two, not three, not four but FIVE TDs. That’s four from the ground game and one, believe it or not, from the air.

Yes, Brown did it all for the Fins. He was so good that Dolphins QB Chad Pennington didn’t even have to throw a single pass towards the endzone. Brown did it for him, and the guy’s not even a Caucasian quarterback.

And if you’re into fantasy football, I won’t be surprised if you had Ronnie Brown on the bench for last Sunday’s game. After all, why would you start a guy who has done nothing but look stupid the last two weeks against a 2-0 Patriots team looking to run over the 0-2 Dolphins to stay undefeated?

Well, we all learn from our mistakes and last Sunday’s game between the Dolphins and the Pats sure was a fucking big one.
