Why Manny Pacquiao wants Oscar De La Hoya
Beats me, probably because eating all that duck fetus hasn’t propelled him to global popularity just yet.
I know, I know, all of you who are literally worshiping Manny Pacquiao may have something to say about his ‘’popularity'’ all around the world but as far as I’m concerned, the shit I dump on the toilet is more popular than this third world moron.
And in case you haven’t heard, he just scheduled a bout against arguably the most popular fighter in the world today, ‘’the Golden Boy'’ Oscar De La Hoya, in a fight that rumors claim will be Pacquiao’s retirement match. The problem for Pacquiao is, De La Hoya will beat him so bad, he WILL be pushed into retirement, whether he likes it or not.
That’s on December 6, at the MGM
Grand in Las Vegas, where Manny Pacquiao takes on Oscar De la Hoya. It’s Pacquiao’s debut in the welterweight division as he continues to dodge Juan Manuel Marquez by jumping weight classes after that fucking screw job he pulled over the poor Mexican last March 15.
Despite his underdog status, Pacquiao, for some reason, is undaunted. Either that or that’s just what he wants his remaining fans to think. Sure, he has a ring record of a veteran prizefighter with 52 professional fights, scoring 47 wins, losing three, and drawing two. The problem is, none of his wins impressed me since he has this ridiculous boxing style, if you can call it that, that will make any bona fide boxing fan cringe.
From a WBC flyweight (112 lbs.) champion ten years ago, Pacquiao has unfortunately evolved into a bantamweight (118 lbs.) and a featherweight (126 lbs.). Just recently, he moved on to another weight division and won the WBC lightweight (135 lbs.) title from David Diaz in a bloody encounter in Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas last June 28.
Remember that one? Yes, he almost LOST to a paper champion his own people handpicked for him. Jeez… How stupid was that? Why did he took this fight? Money. It all boils down to money. And Manny Pacquiao, being the stupid sonuvabitch that he is, will pay for it.
