Summary:

Create a new test page with 3 questions about configure ARM VM networking.

Reason of the change:
Increase the test question repository.

About code:
The same code structure was followed.

Additional info:
The new test secction includes 3 question about onfigure ARM VM networking from a test that was made in October of 2017.
