Gyanendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev is the King of Nepal, since June 4, 2001, to the present. He was a dictator, seizing total government control in February 2005. What do gamblers do when an earthquake hits the casino?

In quake-prone Southern California, they continue gambling anyway.
